Filipino Ministry

A person faces several needs when he or she goes to another place, particularly overseas or in another country. The need could be financial, emotional, cultural adjustment, etc.

It is hard to address all these needs at the same time. However, in most cases, it is the spirit of man that needs encouragement and support to be able to survive the new environment and face all the trials of life courageously. As a Filipino Ministry, our concern is to provide spiritual nourishment to our fellow Filipinos in Singapore. Regardless of their status in life, dialect, and religious affiliation, we want to serve them. The Filipino Congregation of IBCS has been in existence since 1985. Filipinos were at the heart of those who pioneered it.
