Notice is hereby given that the upcoming Annual Congregational Meeting (known as “ACM”) of the members of International Baptist Church of Singapore (known as “IBC”) will be held at Level B2, 81 King’s Road on Sunday, November 23, 2025 at 1:00pm to transact the following business:
Resolution 1: To confirm the minutes of the ACM held on September 21, 2025.
Resolution 2: To elect new church members of IBC under Article VII, Section 3 of the IBC constitution.
Resolution 3: To elect Wilson Ang as an Elder under Article IX, Section 2 of the IBC constitution.
Resolution 4: To elect Tan Boon Kim as an Elder under Article IX, Section 2 of the IBC constitution.
Resolution 5: To re-elect Low Yo-Hahn as a Deacon under Article IX, Section 3 of the IBC constitution.
Resolution 6: To elect Ric Poolman as a Deacon under Article IX, Section 3 of the IBC constitution.
Resolution 7: To elect Sandro de Oliveira as a Deacon under Article IX, Section 3 of the IBC constitution.
Resolution 8: To elect Jimmy Yu as Treasurer under Article IX, Section 4 of the IBC constitution.
Resolution 9: To elect Dinar Rosati Hasibuan as Church Clerk under Article IX, Section 5 of the IBC constitution.
Resolution 10: To elect the following slate of members to the Finance Committee under Article XI, Section 7 of the IBC constitution.
